Tandem skydiving offers the full skydiving experience without the need for extensive ground instruction.
After a training brief of 20 minutes you’re ready to take to make a tandem skydive.
During a short plane ride to altitude attached to your tandem skydive instructor you will get a scenic view of the Wiltshire and Oxfordshire countryside.
You'll exit the jump plane with the tandem skydive instructor and free fall for up to 30 to 40 seconds. After your parachute has opened, you will enjoy a breath-taking flight that will last another 4 to 6 minutes as the parachute is steered to the drop zone landing area.
You do not have to be super fit or tough to do a Tandem Skydive, but you must be in generally good health.
You must be at least 16 years of age and if you are under 18 you will require a parent or guardian's consent. There are no formal upper age limits to Tandem Skydiving, so long as you are in good health. All parachutists will be required to sign a declaration of medical fitness. In the case of any person aged 40 or over, a BPA Medical Certificate signed by a doctor is required. This will be forwarded to you if you make a booking.
The upper weight limit is 15 stone (95 kg) for males and 13 stone (83 kg) for females. Please contact us with details of your height if you are near this limit.
